Charming antique intaglio seal in this 9ct yellow gold cased fob, pendant or charm depicting a running fox dating from the Georgian period. Traditionally found hanging from a gentleman's watch chain, but today found hanging as a pendant or a charm. Made from 9ct gold cased, this means real 9ct gold cased over another metal, not plated, probably brass, there is very little wear please see the pictures. The seal stone is chalcedony, fabulous detailing to the running fox again please see the pictures. A wonderful addition to any seal collection.
