Collection: Fobs & Seals
Traditionally worn as an accessory for the watch chain, the fob represented an essential addition to the outfit of the discerning gentleman from the 18th century onwards. Far from an accessory, the seal derives from the important process of sealing documents, edicts & letters with wax to guarantee provenance; a process first carried out in ancient Mesopotamia and still used today.
